1. Teller (Batam Located)
Batam (Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
  • Perform and carry out cash deposit, over book and money transfer transaction
  • Perform paper-based clearing
  • Perform cash withdrawal
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

2. Manager Operational (MO)
Bali, Jawa Tengah
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor branch operational activities to ensure the smoothness of daily branch operation and service quality.
  • Protect bank assets and liabilities by implementing the effective control function/procedure, namely accounting control and physical control in order to ensurethat overall assets and liabilities are well managed.
  • Review and monitor overall financial reporting activity in order to ensure the preciseness and accuracy of internal and external financial statements.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bali, Semarang and Batam.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
3. Customer Service
Batam (Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
  • Transact the opening and registration of new customer and account giro, saving, education saving and time deposit products without financial transaction including to assist in form filling, tickets and mandatory data completeness of customer
  • Receive and verification of signature specimen against the original identity
  • Handle complaint submitted by the customer
  • Receive Standing Instruction, Bills payment application. Automatic fund transfer, sweep up to account feasibility verification as transaction funding source
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Others or equivalent.
  • Preferable for those who have banking experience in related field.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficience in Mandarin would be an advantage
