PRODUCTION PLANNER
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the activities of short term and long term production schedule, receiving customers order via DPS and or inquiries. Monitoring schedule attainment, and coordinated with other internal departments such as production, purchasing, quality, etc to ensure smooth planning execution
- Male / Female, maximum 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any major
- Having 3 years experience in the same position
- Familiar with MRP concept
- MS Office skills (excel, power point, internet application, etc)
- Good analytical & negotiation skills
- Good in coordinating and have ability to drive people toward our goals
- Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and initiative, hard worker, honest, pleasant personalities and good appearance
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the activities of warehousing, Raw Material & Spare part inventory. Coordinate with import officer related schedule and comply production material needs.
- Male, Diploma Degree (D3) any major
- Having 3 years experience in the same position
- Hands on managing complex warehousing activities
- Must be good in computer skills
- Good in coordinating and leadership
- Excellent problem analysis & Solving abilities
- English both oral & written active
- Age max 35
Job Responsibilities:
- Calculate MRP as per Production Plan
- Release Order to suppliers and ensure deliver on time
- Ensure Material availability to support production
- Ensure Raw Material inventory as per defined budget
- Issue claim report to supplier for any delivery deficiencies
- Coordinate with import section to ensure on time cargo pick up.
- Female, maximum 32 years old
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any major
- Having 3 years experience in the same position
- Familiar with MRP concept
- MS Office skills (excel, power point, internet application, etc)
- Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and initiative, hard worker, honest, pleasant personalities and good appearance
Job Responsibilities:
- To develop the Quality Plan for manufacturing process and all product range activities
- To propose the Critical To Quality inspection
- Organize the Manufacturing Team for the Group Manual Implementation
- Perform process audit in Plant and Measuring Performance using appropriate quality tools (e.g. SPC) and making the statistical report.
- Analyze the any findings from process audit using QC tools (fishbone diagram).
- Liaise with QA for the calibration of measuring tools.
- Support the Customer Complaint management.
- Male, maximum 35 years old
- Strata 1 – University degree. Major in Electrical/Mechanical engineering
- Having 3 years experience in the same position
- MS Office skills (excel, power point, internet application, etc)
- ISO TS 16949 and QC 7 tools
- ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18000
- Fluent in English both Oral and Written
- Lean Manufacturing
- If competent also in ISO 22000 and Six Sigma will be advantages
- Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
