Project Administration Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing all administration documents for tender
  • Maintain relation with related business network
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma degree majoring Business Administration, Secretary or relevant
  • Min. 1 year experience in similar position
  • Age between 21 – 30 years old
  • Proficiency in English both spoken and written
  • Abe to work in tean as well as independently
  • Detail oriented & well organized;
  • Proactive
Investor Relation
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Dealing in corporate actions planning and execution
  • Issuance of mandatory reports related with capital market regulations
  • Monitoring the share price of the Company and any news related to the Company or its competitors
  • Analyzing the financial condition of the Company and the industry as a whole
  • Maintaining and developing a good corporate image of the Company
  • Executing CSR programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree, preferably Master Degree in finance
  • Two years experience in investment banking/corporate finance/capital market
  • Good knowledge in capital market regulations in Indonesia
  • Firm understanding of financial and industrial analysis
  • Experienced in engaging with CSR projects
  • Capable in releasing official corporate announcements/news
  • Capable in project planning and meet up with tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Good ability to manage or handle corporate events
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent English skills both oral and written
  • Willing for four months contract
Secretary To Director

Responsibilities:
  • Correspondence in English both oral and written
  • Work processing and managing systematic filling system
  • Work with highly confidential information and maintain it with strictly confidential
  • Agenda, meeting, and travelling arrangement
  • Perform other related assignments and program as directed
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma degree from Secretary Academy or Bachelor Degree from Chinese Literature
  • Fluent Mandarin both oral and written
  • Proactive
  • Detail oriented and well organized

Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing voucher for all expenses
  • Preparing and processing voucher out of Operation
  • Processing voucher in from Finance
  • Analyzing Statement of Disbursement/SOD on operation cost for vessels
  • Preparing journal of Debit Note (Freight Invoice) of vessel from Marketing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
  • Familiar with accounting system
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Able to work under tight deadline
  • Good in detail & accountable
  • Proactive & self motivated
