Responsibilities:
Designing and making residential design, shop and various other buildings that meet the standards. Image designed by architect must take into account all aspects of building ranging from security, convenience, effectiveness of space, and so on.
Requirements:
- Experience in the field of architects for 2-3 Years
- Can Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Max
- Experienced design of both residential properties and consulting firm
West Java
Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating the entire process of construction and renovation of houses / shops / factories located in Lippo Cikarang to conform to the rules of Estate Management and Building Permit.
Requirements:
- Diploma or S1 in Civil Engineering (Fresh graduate are welcome)
- Image Mastering Civil Work, Estate & Management Regulations.
- Able to establish good relationships with customers, residents and government.
- Mastering Autocad, MS Office and English.
- Have the leadership, both in negotiating and high integrity.
Cikarang (West Java)
Responsibilities:
Leads the product development team, a plan that will be marketed product (design, specification, price), analyze the existing product development based on research and market survey
Requirements:
- S1/S2 Architecture
- Min 5 yrs experience in the field of product / design development of real estate
- Preferably have a background of marketing / business development
- Mastering AutoCAD, MS application (Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Active in English (oral and written)
- Produced within the active & creative product ideas worth selling real estate
- Capable of directing the team
- Willing to be located in Lippo Cikarang
Cikarang (West Java)
Responsibilities:
Promotional and marketing activities to increase the occupancy / membership at the business unit Lippo Cikarang like Hompipa and Megumi Driving Range through events, exhibitions, promotion and cooperation with related parties.
Requirements:
- Min D3/S1 all directions
- Experience as a marketing, promotional and event organizer for 1 year
- Running a program to increase revenue
- Communicative, creative and can work with tight deadlines
- Domicile Lippo Cikarang
