1. Customer Service (Customer Service)
Overview of Tasks:

• Provide the best service to customers
• Serving the opening of new accounts, ATM card replacement, etc.
• Provide an appropriate description of the products owned by the company
• Listen and provide solutions to customer complaints consideration

characteristics:

• Women, single
• Age maximum 25 years
• Minimal S1 any discipline (GPA min 2.75)
• Look attractive, communicative, honest, and willing to work hard
• Able to operate computer
• Detail-oriented (carefully) and customer satisfaction
• Able to speak English and or Mandarin is an added value

• Supports transactional banking activities
• Create a daily journal
