Receptionists Office Assistant
Banten
Responsibilities:
  • Visitor meet and greet, Set up and clear down for meetings, Catering (meetings, lunch and learns etc.)
  • Ordering/distributing stationery, IT supplies, beverage supplies (coffee/tea/milk) for tea point, fruit order, meeting room supplies
  • Collating/distributing incoming faxes, mail, newspapers and deliveries
  • Booking meeting rooms, drivers, couriers/taxis for employees and visitors and updating the internal documentation
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, SMK, SMA any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.

Accounting Staff
Banten
Responsibilities:
  • Prepares reports on a regular basis that include monthly financial statements and tax.
  • Handling (GL / Journal / Voucher, calculate leasing, сrеаtе invoices, balance sheet / RL)
  • To operate accounting departments to keep track of expenditures and profits.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.

Project Coordinator
Banten
Responsibilities:
  • Ensures project deliverables meet business requirements and are clearly understood by the technical team, execute testing on development efforts, contribute to group learning and best practice development.
  • Analyzes reports to evaluate program effectiveness and budgetary needs. Approves expenditures necessary for completion of project.
  • Serves as Company key person between online company business processes and technical implementation.
  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Business Development
Banten - BSD City
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing Marketing and Sales Plan that is in-line with Management Objectives and Targets.
  • Updating Sales Database based on current information and future prospects (which later on shall be the basis for Sales Call/Visit and updated sales plan)
  • Perform sales call and visit to existing and prospective clients as in-line with Marketing and Sales Plan, including achieving all targets assigned by Management.
  • Reviewing market conditions and providing market intelligence to determine customer needs and pricing strategies
  • Support achievement of annual sales plan of Asia Pacific through focused objectives of growing sales profitability and gaining market shares in Indonesia
  • Preparing all required sales/marketing tools to enhance the communication and presentation to client, tailored to meet their requirements and expectations as problem solver.
  • Preparing/getting all related administrative documentation for proposal requirements by working together with Finance and GA departments
  • Coordinating with Management for commercial preparation including reviewing the price commercial.
  • Representing company in any required meeting (prebid meeting, clarification meeting, bid opening meeting) and events.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in BSD City.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
