Product Manager
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
  • Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
  • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning.
  • Drive resolution of customer satisfaction issues
  • Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.
  • Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Professional Partner Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain & strengthen relationship with project stake holder such as Owner, Consultant & Contractor and manage Philips existing/future partner
  • Responsible to ensure that Philips products achieve the widest penetration possible in the industrial and commercial area (i.e : Mining, Oil & Gas, Standard Factory, hotel, shopping mall)
  • Develop customers focus
  • Collaborate with Best Partner in standardizing and implementation business planning & performance review process
  • Managing account receivable of business partners as target
  • To ensure and additional requirement on specific product (innovative sales) refer to market potency; Enhance the competencies of Philips and dealer sales personnel's.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in B2B / B2C is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible for activities associated with the storage management and distribution of Finished Goods (Lighting) within Indonesia by implement and sustain warehouse controls and procedures as per modern warehouse requirements to maintain:
  • Quality of stored goods to minimize business risk, high accuracy stocks level.
  • Implement proper storage structures (size, layout and facilities) for safe storage in handling of goods in accordance to ISO 14000 and SMK3 standards.
  • Manage distribution of finished goods as per agreed lead times derived from customer requirements and cost derived from Business requirements and develop transportation strategy for local distribution.
  • Implement LEAN warehouse operations and develop training plans for personal development in the department
  • Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met;
  • Visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving
  • Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment
  • Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
