Human Resources & Development Division Head
Specifications :

- Have in Depth Knowledge and experience in developing andd applying HRD strategy,government regulations,building a good company’s culture and developing sense of belonging amongs employees.
- Have a good network or Relationship with potential candidates to be recruited from staff to managerial/director level.
- Creative,Innovative, have a strong ability to develop employees.
- S1 Degree in HRD/Psychology
- Female/Male 30-45 years old
- Minimal 5 years experience at similar position in companies with annual tunrover exceeding USD 100 milion.
- Fluent in English both spoken & written (fluent in Mandarin is a plus).
- Computer Literate.

- Minimal 3 years experience at similar position in companies with annual turnover exceeding USD 100 milion.
- Fluent in english both spoken & written (fluent mandarin is a plus).
- Computer Literate.
