Consumer Loans Business Center (CLBC) - Manager 
Responsibilities:
  • Implement coaching employees in the work-related marketing, expansion and product development for the consumer loan business volume target
  • Looking for business opportunities by working with developers, brokerage houses, corporations, government agencies and other stakeholders
  • Making decisions on consumer loan credit applications are processed according to the procedures in force in Bank Mandiri to limit discretion.
  • Carry out an evaluation of progress and monitor the quality of the target business and the credit decision process units in its jurisdiction on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, attractive
  • Minimum education S1
  • Age max. 40 years old at the time of the initial selection
  • Having experience of at least 4 (four) years in the consumer credit business, marketing and operational
  • Having experience of at least 2 (two) years as manager
  • Understand the business and marketing consumer credit
  • Mastering the computer (min. MS Office) and English
  • Honestly, have a high desire to learn and able to work under pressure
  • Having discipline, strong leadership, the ability of self-control, motivation and responsibility for the achievement of targets
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
Consumer Loans Business Outlet Manager (CLBO Manager)
Responsibilities:
  • Perform the functions of leadership and coordination and seek business opportunities, resulting in a quality credit decisions in order to sustain a healthy loan growth and the achievement of business targets that have been established and have a competitive advantage
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, attractive
  • Minimum education S1
  • Age max. 35 years at the time of the initial selection
  • Having experience of at least 4 (four) years in the consumer loan business, marketing and operational
  • Having experience of at least 2 (two) years in managerial positions, equivalent to the target position
  • Understand the business and marketing consumer credit
  • Mastering the computer (min. MS Office) and English
  • Honestly, have a high desire to learn and able to work under pressure
  • Having discipline, strong leadership, the ability of self-control, motivation and responsibility for the achievement of targets
  • Able to work independently and with a team

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and identify targets developers who are used as a business partner to market the product as well as offer cooperation mortgage loans (mortgages)
  • Creating cooperation proposals with Developer
  • Making mortgage marketing program proposed by the developer and the target of ensuring that each developer can be achieved ..
  • Annual strategic plan and determine / monthly time to penetrate the market for each sales team
  • Monitor, supervise and keep track of the status of activities and achievement of sales teams under the supervision
Requirements:

  • Minimum education S1 / S2

  • Have at least 4 years experience in the field of processing / analysis of consumer credit
  • Having minimum 2 years experience as a Relationship Manager in the field of consumer credit
