Sales & Marketing for Syariah Insurance (Manager)
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree (S-1) in any major
- Having 5 years of working experience at the Insurance or Banking industry, in customer service or marketing area as a Supervisor / Manager, in Sharia business would be an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skill both in Indonesian and English, Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong leadership including staff coaching skills
- Outgoing personality with strong presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Sharia product
- Good at in time management skills, strategic planning skills, strong analytical skill.
- Aggressive, self motivated and customer oriented
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Visit branches partners (Banks) everyday in order to get new application
- Minimum S1 graduated from reputable university
- Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply
- Trustworthy, self motivated and organized
- Possible to have own motorcycle
