PT POSCO E&C Indonesia is building an Integrated Steel Mill Plant in Cilegon which is one of the biggest in South Asia. The project capacity is reaching 3 million ton/year which to be completed by December 2013.

Human Resource Manager
Requirements:
- A background in Multinational Companies or well-known local EPC companies
- Min. Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Min. 10 years’ experience in similar company type
- Age min. 35 years old
- Excellent Oral and written English language
- Self-motivated, result oriented, capable of multi-tasking & team player
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills and Computer skills specially Word, Excel and Power Point
Requirements:
- A background in Multinational Companies or well-known local developer companies or relative government official work experience.
- Min. Bachelor Degree in related fields.
- Min. 5 years’ experience in related businesses.
- Having ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia as well as in English
- Hardworking with Excellent Communication skills, need to be Reliable and Responsible
- Good team player with analytical thinking and problem solving skill, excellent interpersonal, planning, and able to work fast, under pressure and reach the target on time.
Requirements:

- Experience Development and Financing of large-scale power plants
- Min. Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Age min. 35 years old

- Excellent Problem Solving Skills, and Computer skills specially Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good presentation & negotiation skills
