PMA (Foreign Investment Company) in Engineering & Manufacturing of Processing Equipment is requiring qualified professionals for the following positions:
Automation Engineer
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree / S1 Graduated in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field from reputable University
- At least 3 years experience in the automation design for industrial plants
- Good knowledge of wiring, instrument diagram and industrial automation system.
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system; Human Machine Interface (HMI), SCADA and Distributed Control System’s.
- Good knowledge of S88 batch standards and experience in implementing batch systems is required.
- Familiar with automation & control systems including Allen Bradley, RS Batch, ABB MOD 300, Delta V, Honeywell DCS
- Good English in oral and written
Requirements
- Education Min S1, Major in Chemical Engineering.
- Age : Max 35 years old.
- Domicile : Jabodetabek.
- Having at least 3 (three) years work experience in similar position.
- Knowledge in Food, Pharmaceutical & Cosmetic environment will be an additional advantage.
- English: fluent both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with Process Description, P&ID, flow calculation, heat transfer, flow equipment.
- Familiar with Microsoft office, Microsoft project, AutoCAD, Process Design Software (hysys).
Requirements :
- Min D3 or Polytechnic, Major in Mechanical.
- Age max 35 years old.
- Domicile : Jabodetabek.
- Having at least 2 (two) years work experience in similar position.
- Knowledge in Tank & Pressure Vessel manufacturing is a must.
- Manufacturing Inspection in preparation, in process and final inspection.
- Visual Inspection, Dimensional Inspection, NDE testing.
- Familiar with international code of construction such as ASME.
- Good in English both written and spoken.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project.
- Able to communicate with people of all levels and possess good interpersonal skills.
