Treasury Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare journal entry for Bank
  • Prepare daily urgent payment
  • Maintain and review supporting document for all HO cash and bank outgoing transaction
  • Verify all petty transaction request including appropriateness of account selection
  • Document related administration
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting from reputable University with GPA min 3.00
  • Having experience minimal a year as Treasury Staff / Cashier from FMCG company
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skill, analytical thinking
  • Able to work individually as well as a team
  • Willing to work overtime and travel whenever necessary
Tax Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • To ensure all Corporate Income Tax aspects are properly prepared and disclosed to the Tax Office as well as its compliance with prevailing tax regulations, and its accuracy of the amount recorded in the local statutory audited financial statement and its financial reporting to World Headquarter
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, age max 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
  • Experience in big four consulting firm is preferable
  • Posses a good understanding in tax regulation
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge regarding the Indonesian Tax Law including any updates in tax environment and the required implementation
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Able to handle multitask in a demanding environment
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Will be based at Daan Mogot, West Jakarta
HR Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment and selection process
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to Human Resources
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, age max 30 years
  • Bachelor's Degree majoring in Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent from Reputable University
  • Having Experience at least 1 year as HR Staff
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Computer Literate (Ms Office, Excel, Ms Word)
Receptionist
Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
Requirements:
  • Female, max 28 years old
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Have excellent phone manner.
  • Have strong verbal & communication skills in English
  • Have experience as receptionist at least one year
  • Good Interpersonal skill
QC Analyst Staff
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree majoring in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis
  • Has experience at least 0-1 year.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Hard worker, high loyalty, honest, high initiative, proactive
  • Will be located at West Jakarta
Regulatory Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Product registration to BPOM
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Food Technology or other food related program
  • Having experience as Regulatory at least 2 years in Multinational Company, preferred in FMCG Company
  • Have good relationship with local government
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Have good integrity, time management, communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Familiar with governmental regulatory program
