PT Pro Energi are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Finance & Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare statutory and management reports in compliance with approved accounting standards, legislative and statutory requirements
  • Interpret, analyze and draw up financial statements such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement to assess current condition of the business
  • Monitor, review and supervise all accounting journal entries prepared by accounting staff.
  • Support the accounting staff facilitating their understanding of the financial reports and the impact on the business’s financial positions and implementation of the annual budget.
  • Gather the information from one or more sources and put the info together with monthly financial report (Management Report) then distribute the report to one or more individuals (General Manager and Head of each department) who have a stake in that information
  • Liaise with the Internal and External Auditors : ensuring availability of company's accounts and prepare audit files
  • Review and ensure financial data information are accurate and supported by evidence
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualification in accounting
  • Minimum 4 years experiences in managerial position
  • Possess good knowledge of accounting principles, accounting standards and taxation
  • Possess good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels and across departments
  • Possess good leadership quality and able to lead a team
  • Computer literate and familiar with Excels and basic accounting software
Marketing
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets
  • Maintain good report and relationship with existing and potential customers
  • Follow up and monitor closely on existing and potential projects with both existing and potential customers
Requirements:
  • Male(Below 30 years old)
  • Diploma degree in any related field
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
  • 1-2 years of sales experience will advantaged
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Computer literate
  • Dynamic and able to work as one team
  • Possessed own transport
HRD Staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management from reputable university (min. GPA 3,00)
  • Fluent in written & spoken English
  • Computer Knowledge & Payroll System
  • A minimum 2 years experience preferable in a similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge & skills in HR Procedures & Processes, Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisal, Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relation.
  • High integrity, responsible and good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong leadership, self motivated and able to handle all function in HRD
  • Good communication & negotiation skill with positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with strong time management ability to prioritize deadlines
Accounting Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Job description are handle petty cash, invoicing, finance admin, cash flow, bank reconciliation, AR/AP
  • Responsible in data entry, balance sheet report, income statement report, and finance report analysis
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting (S1)
  • Work experience Min. 1 years in the same field
  • Female
  • Age 23 – 27 years old
  • Familiar with Ms. Office (Word, Exel), Lotus Notes & Internet
  • Accurate, detail, honest, multi task job, fast learner, well organized, and hard worker
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work individually (minimum supervision) or as a part of team
  • Fluent in English both oral and written is advantage
  • Having a good communication skill
  • Having pleasant personality & good attitude
