Responsibilities:

• Setup competitive and equitable compensation & benefit for employee
• Analyze salary structure and job evaluation
• Develop retention program

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with max age 30 years old
• Bachelor degree or Master degree from Human Resources Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management from reputable university
• Minimum 2 years experience in analyzing and designing compensation and benefit
• Good analytical thinking, conceptual thinking, communication skill and also detail oriented

Recruitment Specialist
Jakarta Raya
Requirements:

• Male and Female, with max age 28 years old
• Bachelor degree from Psychology (with min GPA 3.00)
• Minimum 3 years related experience from consulting and executive headhunters
• Able to conduct and analyze tools test and BEI
• Good interpersonal as well as communication skill
• Should be willing to be stationed in Jakarta

Tire Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the brand and ensure the company’s sales and profitability are met, develop marketing plans, identify existing products by conducting market evaluation and market analysis, preparing marketing strategy, implementing and evaluation all marketing activities to achieve brand equity, market share, turnover, and profile of the particular brand.

Requirements:

• Male, with maximum age 40 years old
• Bachelor degree from any major from reputable University or Institute (GPA 2.85)
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in Tire business and 3 years in Managerial position
• Having deep technical knowledge with tire
• Good interpersonal skill
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Willing to travel
