SOP Manager - Head Office
Requirements:
- Male/Female, 30 - 40 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree (Any Fields)
- At least 2 years experience as a SOP Manager (preferably with experience in FMCG company)
- Must have knowledge of SAP System, Finance & Accounting, Visio, Flowchart
- Fluent in English
- Excellent in Communication, Interpersonal Relationship, and Management skills, also must have good Leadership qualities and very strong in Concept and Strategic Planning

Requirements:
- Male/Female , Age 35 - 40 years old
- Educational background : Degree level or higher qualification from Food Science / Technology
- Exp : between 8 – 10 yrs exp in a senior R&D role and have been gained in a professionally managed company. Overseas exposure would be an advantage
- Must be articulate and a clear thinker able to motivate people to take the company forward to International Standards
- Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English with the willingness to travel are essential
- Responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the new product and process development to achieve the short and longer term R & D Plan, Product and Process Improvement
- The role will cover Value Added Meat, Milk Products, New Technologies and the Management of the company's Chemical and Microbiological laboratories
- Report Directly to Vice President Head of Manufacturing and R & D Consumer Product
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree on Marketing Management / Economics with min.GPA 3, Preferably from a reputable university
- Experience min 5 years as Branch Manager / Head of Region
- Must having experience in Consumer Goods (FMCG)
- Good Knowledge of Local Market & Proven proficiency in business development
- Responsible to billing and credit control, branch administration & Target Achievement
- Posses insight, leadership skill, commitment in managing sales team in achieving targets
- Excellent Communication and Understanding of market dynamics and sales process
- Having capabilities in achieving sales target
