Mechanical (Project) Engineer Base in Cibinong-Cikampek (Code: MPE – 0513)
Requirements:
- Male, 28 – 35 years old
- S1 Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Experience and familiar with mechanical process machinery, packaging machinery, tool machinery including workshop process manufacture such as lathing, milling, and surface grinding, and have capability in design of mechanical process.
- Experience with mechanical design software (eg. Autocad)
- Preferably from consumer goods industry
- Hard worker, strong leadership, team player, good in English
Responsibilities:
- Should have extensive hands-on in managing multi distributors
- Leading, directing, & motivating sales teams
- Experience in generating sales opportunities, handling and resolving issue and target achievement
- Bachelor degree in any background
- Having minimum 6 years experience in Sales Operation/Field with 2 years as Regional Sales Manager in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
- Independent, good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Having proven effective leadership, entrepreneurial, negotiation and team work
- Fluent in English speaking & writing
Responsibilities:
- Managing all budget data and sales forecast both local and export, and translate them into a stable production planning.
- Running all the planning flow properly in SAP so that it can generate accurate output for the process of procurement and production plan.
- Working together with the Manufacturing Department to obtain the desired production capacity according to demand/sales forecast.
- Bachelor degree
- Having minimum 4 years experience as PPIC in Food Manufacturing Consumer Goods Industry
- Independent, good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Having proven effective leadership and team work
- Having knowledge in Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory and Warehouse management
- Familiar with SAP and computer program related to PPIC.
- Fluent in English speaking & writing
- To be based in Cibinong – Bogor
