Lab Head
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a laboratory that tests and analyses the quality of the organisation’s raw materials, in process products, and finished products.

• Develop, implement, and monitor laboratory operating procedures to ensure experiments and analyses are conducted within established budgets and according to established scientific standards.
• Prioritize and allocate laboratory operations and workflow so the laboratory’s equipment and resources are used efficiently and work schedules and targets are met.
• Liaise with area managers (e.g., in R&D, production, engineering) to understand their current and future product testing needs.
• Develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into laboratory operations.
• Establish annual laboratory budgets; monitor the cost and effectiveness of laboratory activities to optimize resources, priorities spending, and achieve volume and quality performance targets.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, equipment, systems, or other assets that will enhance the laboratory’s performance.
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop professional and para-professional staff.

Requirements:

• Academic thinking and working level
• Hold bachelor degree from Science, Pharmacy or Chemical/Food Engineering minimum 3.00 GPA
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in Consumer Goods. Experience in milk or baby milk would be an advantage
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Posses leadership skills and good team worker
• Knowledge in operating computer and Microsoft Business Software.
• Have the ability to operate a Laboratory and its tools.

Production Supervisor
Responsibilities:
A Production supervisor is responsible to deliver the finished products as planned on time at the right quality & quantity with optimum cost by maintains standards using the Danone Manufacturing Way

• Controls production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules of the assigned production line(s).
• Ensures compliance of standards. Responsible for the management and supervision of the assigned production line(s).
• Lead a team comprising individual professional (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements

Requirements:

• Academic thinking and working level
• Hold bachelor degree from Food/Agriculture/Chemical/Industrial Engineering minimum 3.00 GPA
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Minimum 1 (one) year experience in production in Consumer Goods. Experience in milk or baby milk would be an advantage
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Posses leadership skills and good team worker
• Knowledge in operating computer and Microsoft Business Software. Have the ability to operate SAP would be an advantage

Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Objectives:

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of maintenance workers to ensure that production equipment, machinery, or instruments function reliably and safely and that facilities, buildings, and plants are in good working order.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide the supporter component and making sure that Site, Utility, dan ICAE (Instrumentation, Control, Automation, Electrical) instrument facility is working properly.
2. Carry out scheduled maintenance, repairs and adjustment of all utility machines and facility with efficient and effectively.

Requirements:

• Academic thinking and working level
• Hold bachelor degree from Electric/Electronic/Instrumentation Engineering minimum 3.00 GPA
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Fresh Graduate or 1 year experience as an Engineer. Experience in milk or baby milk would be an advantage
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Posses leadership skills and good team worker
• Knowledge in operating computer and Microsoft Business Software. Proficient knowledge and skills to operate PLC.
