Import Export Officer
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Senior Purchaser and Logistics Officers
- Work closely with International & Domestic Freight Forwarders
- Shipping Instructions (Factory and International Freight Forwarders)
- Control and Monitoring Inbound Process
- Monthly Reports to Logistics Managers
- Degree in Logistics/Transportation or Economy/Business
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Import/Export or Logistics (preferably familiar with Import and Customs regulation, have freight forwarding experience, PPJK license)
- Good communication in verbal and written English
- Initiative, quickly adapt, customer oriented, excellent analytical, creditable and reliable
- Sensitive to intercultural aspects, thinks interdisciplinary
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Good to have basic ACCPAC, SAP, or ERP system
