* Furthermore, the applicants shall have minimum 5 years of work experience as corporate finance specialists and/or managers in big corporations, investment banks, or securities companies
* Previous exposure to and solid understanding of capital markets, valuation, financial restructuring, IPO, and M&A transactions, are expected

* Minimum S1 degree in engineering with minimum GPA > 3.0 from reputable university.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as Project Manager or Operations Manager in mining or mining-related industry
5. Senior HR Manager

* Minimum S1 degree in Psychology with GPA > 3.2 from reputable university.
