Market Development Specialist
Jawa Barat - Region 1 - Narogong
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate, on a daily basis through supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the sales services (includes house design, access to finance for house owners, land certification services), direct marketing, construction and production of Solusi Rumah products
- Participate in the conceptual development of direct marketing activities, production, and construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation
- Perform administrative and financial functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, preparing monthly financial report, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services
* Education :
- Master Degree in Engineering
- A working knowledge with a minimum of 5-10 years experience associated with the construction industry within Indonesia (and/or the region)
- Has experienced project management and involvement directly on construction sites
- Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word
- Excellence command of written & spoken English
- Economics and Accounting Skills
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Possess excellent analytical and communication skills
- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

- Operate mobile laboratory vehicle to meet the needs of Holcim Indonesia customers to provide superior products and services assures customer loyalty and fidelity and to give added value to the customers and end user, through enabling maximum customer satisfaction on our products through professional support, training and technical services and communicate to end user
- Diploma III in Civil/Chemical Engineering or minimum graduate from mechanical school with exposure
- Minimum 2 (one) year working experience in building materials/cement industry
- Computer literacy (MS : word, Good in excel, power point, Microsoft outlook, SAP System)
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Communication skills
- knowledge of masons and house owners
