Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology
- Male, single, maximum age of 30 years old
- Having experience in multi finance company (preferable)
- Good experience in SQL 2005/2008 and programming.NET
- Good experience in Mobile Application (preferable)
- Good communication skill
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proactive, discipline, honest and hard working
- Execute programming task to develop system (procedure and data process), maintain and modify recent programs.
Management Trainee – REMEDIAL (CODE : RMTP)
Kualifikasi
- S1 - All Programs (Preferred Law), Min. GPA 2.75
- Male, age max. 28 years
- Have good analytical skills
- Mastering the legal aspects of criminal, civil, collateral material and procedural law
- Able to communicate well
- Willing to be placed in all branches of the BFI
- Responsible for the management of collection / handling problem loans
- Coordinate and optimize the performance / potential of all team members are
- Conduct follow-up to the problems that occurred (including relationships with police officers, lawyers, etc.)
- Analyze the performance of team leader and collector as well as provide training to motivate and make the work more effective and efficient
