Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and increase trading with existing house accounts and proactively prospect for new trading clients.
- Facilitate the sell or buy orders in the marketplace (online trading).
- To lead the Marketing & Sales team, building, motivating, training and giving support to the team member in order to achieve target.
- Providing sales report accurately in daily and monthly
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, while traders should have good quantitative skills and the ability to withstand high stress situations.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Has WPPE license is a must
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in marketing & sales at Securites Company or the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Securities Company, Broker
- Having own vehicle and good marketing networking & database would be an advantage
- Success-motivated, target oriented, good leadership, self-disciplined and teamwork oriented
- Highly energetic and strong personal network
- Computer literacy
- Good in English (both oral & written)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- Good appearance and customer friendly
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Knowing about Complain handling
- Able to work independently and team work
Responsibilities:
- You will be trained to be a successful, accountable marketing people and our future leader. All programs are comply to the valid Capital Market Regulations.
- You will be trained in all marketing division (Online Trading, Retail, Institution, High Net worth, and Fixed Income)
- Male/Female, max. 28 years old
- Holds minimum Bachelor degree in any major with min. GPA 2,75
- Fresh Graduate or have working experience in financial industries would be an advantage
- Have a strong interest and passion in Sales/Marketing in Capital Market.
- Good looking, innovative with outgoing personality
- Good communication skills, target oriented, friendly and honest
- Computer literate, fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Excellent selling Skills and Networking
- Willing to work based on targets and achievements, and to be placed on branches when required
