UX Designer Head
Education: Degree, 3 years experience minimum
Responsibilities:

  • Take a leadership role in developing the IA and UX for various platforms and channels (Web, Mobile Web, Mobile App)
  • Participate in product strategy development and rapid prototyping
  • Use a persona-driven approach to developing design rationale. Articulate UX concepts and solutions through scenarios and visualizations
  • Lead research to garner a deeper understanding of the target's needs, tasks, and goals
  • Develop detailed interaction, visual design and wireframe specifications that incorporate all technical, editorial, and usability specifications for new products, websites, mobile apps and kiosks
  • Work closely with development teams, marketing, business operations and visual designers to translate high level business requirements into detailed user experience designs
  • Leverage the latest best practices and trends in visual designand offer active thought leadership in User Experience issues and trends
  • Participate in the development of the long-term vision for our products and their user experience based on product and market trends and corporate direction
  • Insure the application of UX/UI standards and processes including user feedback and testing through design and development
  • Participate in user research and usability testing when needed or appropriate
  • Create beautiful visuals, ranging from content layouts to icons and illustrations
  • Conceive and develop information graphics (e.g., charts, diagrams, maps, icons) for - print, exhibit or screen
  • Design, document, present and deliver timely user interface designs and prototypes
  • Design effective marketing pages and email newsletters for our web and mobile products
  • Demonstrate a thorough appreciation and understanding of the latest web and mobile technologies and trends, usability techniques, and usable interface solutions
  • Identify problem areas in our product and create innovative solutions that improve the user experience and optimize workflow
  • Use “best practices” and design patterns to create storyboards, UX workflows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and detailed product specifications
  • Work with our Marketing and Product team to translate user needs and business requirements into clear product specifications
Requirements:
  • Have a degree in visual communications, product design, human computer interaction or equivalent, with at least three years of professional experience in designing interactions
  • have a development planning and team organizational skill
  • Able to visualize, own and execute the creation of an experience from initial concept to final pixel perfect implementation.
  • Have an expert eye for detail. Every pixel counts.

Senior Mobile App Developer
Education: Degree, 4 years experience preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Planning, designing and developing mobile apps, including its backend systems, services, and related APIs
  • Work closely with the development team to enable user interactions
  • Maintaining current application
Requirements:
  • Experience with development in at least one of these mobile platforms: Blackberry, Android, iOS, or Windows Phone (Proven track of built and shipped mobile application is required)
  • Experience with mobile web technologies like HTML5, jQuery Mobile and RESTful services
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically
  • Familiar with software development methodologies and testing best practices
  • Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Object Oriented Programming, Web Services, and System Architectures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Development planning and team organizational skill would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, or through electronic media

  • Responsible for system installation, configuration, integration, maintenance, performance management, security management, failure analysis and recovery, and user support
  • Responsible for support and troubleshooting system issues
  • Responsible for helping to create IT policies and procedures according to industry best practices
Requirements:
  • Familiar with UNIX/LINUX system is a must
  • Strong experience/background in networking
  • Proven track record of maintaining server uptime and availability of DNS, HTTP, SMTP, and other net infrastructure/services
  • Experience administrating Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, etc) or similar cloud services
  • Experience maintaining multiple environments and configurations using Puppet, Chef, CFEngine or similar
  • Strong exposure to software development methodologies, programming languages, and environments is a plus

QA Engineer
Education: Degree / Diploma, 2 years experience preferred, fresh grads welcome
Responsibilities:

  • Help to define, create, and flush out and document software requirements
  • Create test plans and automated testing suites derived from requirements
  • Perform usability, functional and regression testing
  • Document test results in an issues tracking system and proactively communicate issues with developers and other project team members
  • Work closely with the development team to help determine the root cause of discovered defects
Requirements:
  • Experience with using and/or developing test tool for web-based applications (Strong experience with automation test tools PHPUnit, Selenium etc. preferred)
  • Must be a critical thinker with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong partnership and relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of relational databases and exceptional web programming skills would be an advantage
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
