Claims Services Assistant Manager/Manager (Code: CLS)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Insurance, Information Technology or Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance or finance industry
- Good knowledge about Product Design & Customer Satisfaction Management
- Good communication & interpersonal skill and investigation
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Insurance, Administration or Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance industry
- Minimum 3 year of experience in handling vendor (repair shop, workshops, etc)
- Good knowledge about Product Design & Service Steering
- Good assessment & interpersonal skill and investigation
- Fluent in spoken and written English
