Controlling Staff - Accounting departement
Qualification :
- Degree in Economic / Accounting / Management.
- Having a minimum of 2 years experience in relevant function is preferable.
- Excellent in computer skills such Microsoft Office (familiar with function in Excel is required.
- Good command in English (oral and written).
- Having knowledge in SAP experience would be advantage.
- Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication and analytical skills .
- Review daily production result.
- Monitor production output, shrinkage and efficiency.
- Maintain and monitor sales rebate.
- Keep track of customers related application and credit limit approval.
- Weekly monitoring of sales profitability.
- Monthly sales reconciliation and reporting.
- Assist in month end closing and reporting tasks.
Responsibility:
- Handle accounting filling system and arrangement and Timely record of daily accounting data in accounting system
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, accruing expenses, assigning account numbers requesting disbursements reconciling accounts.
- Focus on the trade payables & finance area.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Have experience min. 2 years in accounting or finance.
- Excellent in computer skills (Ms. Office especially with Ms Excel).
- Good command in English (oral and written)
- Having high degree of integrity within the professionalism.
