Requirements:
- Minimum Master Degree from any discipline.
- Prior experience on Customer behavior and Project Management.
- Business process understanding and proven experience for System enhancement.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office(word, excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent analysis, problem solving, leadership skill and strong customer orientation minded.

Requirements:
- Min S-1 degree, from engineering, law, psychology or other relevant discipline.
- Experience to work on Human Resources for minimum 3 years
- Experience in dealing effectively with people at a senior level within an organization
- Computer literacy; Office & Lotus Notes
- Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
- Knowledge on HR Operations
- Knowledge on HR Reporting (Holcim Information Platform)
- Knowledge on industrial and labour law
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Requirements:
- Experience as civil engineer, construction material technician or other technical experience in the construction business
- Experience in sales and/or application consulting in the construction business or construction material supply or in a similar industrial sector
- Customer orientation - Service and sales oriented
- Cost and Result orientation
- Excellent communication skill - Good listener who is able to adjust to individual communication styles and partners, convincing and powerful assertiveness, good negotiation and consulting abilities
