PT DH Energy is an integrated energy company and has ambitious business plans in coal-based energy projects, including mining, power generation, coal upgrading, coal gasification, and liquefaction. As short term business plans, PT DH Energy is planning to set up power projects and coal up-gradation project in South Sumatera. To facilitate and support the current and upcoming business development, the company is urgently seeking professionals with relevant experience to fill the following positions:

Finance & Investment Risk Manager
Requirements:
Formal Education

• Graduated from reputable local or overseas university in Finance/Accounting.
• Preferable with S2 degree in Management/Business/Finance

Working Experience

• Having at least 5 years experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance/ /Management Consulting.
• At least 8 years hands-on experience in related field
• At least 2 years in Investment Risk Management area and able to lead team.

Other Relevant Skills

• Expert in risk management.
• Strong communication skills with fluent in written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and ability to lead team
• Ability to present complex financial analysis on finance related issues
• Knowledge of principles of finance, economics, techniques of financial analysis and modeling
• Strong understanding of business strategies
• Good knowledge and skills in the use of financial software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and/or word processing required.

Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Requirements:

• Male/ Female with minimum S1 in finance/accounting from reputable local or overseas university, preferably with S2 degree in Management / Business.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience as a CFO
• Have an experienced in financial institution
• Must have conducted an IPO and with proven track record in fund raising.
• Strong in financial analysis, forecasting and internal controls.
• Able to think strategically and possess desirable leadership traits, yet prepared to handle problems and issues hands-on as required.
• Results-oriented, analytical, organized and decisive, should possess good business acumen, excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Highly proactive attitude and strong problem solving skills; high tolerance and stress levels and able to deliver within tight deadlines.
