Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality problem solving activity for General Assembly, quality system planning and implementation at General Assembly
- Quality system planning and implementation support at general assembly
- Conduct quality problem solving activity for general assembly
- Conduct matching process
- Conduct QCOS implementation at General Assembly
- Support CVIS implementation at General Assembly
- Support SIP implementation at General Assembly
- Bachelor Or Associate Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in Quality
- Proficient in English both Oral and Written
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
- Problem solving and Analysis Skill ( 7 QC tools, Six Sigma, Etc), PFMEA and APQP
- Good knowledge on Quality Management System, ISO 9001 and Product Quality Standard
Responsibilities:
- Achieve set Parts wholesale revenue target
- Manage allocated budget support for dealers after-sales activity
- Implementing, sustaining Difference retail standards in dealerships
- Coordinate with Dealer Development Dept on new dealers development to ensure absorption of smooth after sales business operation and process flow
- Support Implementation of GM initiated Marketing Activity
- Ensure timely customer concerns resolution
- Support Field Service Action and/or Recall execution
- Bachelor Or Associate Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Automotive Industry or Sales and Marketing
- Has a good Communication Skills, Planning & Development, Basic Automotive
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the retailer performance and develop retailer benchmarking
- Analyze candidate and financial background and risk exposure
- Monitor cash flow and financial status of current dealers
- Analyzing retailer’s performance/situation
- Act as business consulting to assist/improve retailer financial performance
- Wholesales Floor plan implementation and analysis
- Analysis Retailer Economic Model for both candidate and existing retailers
- Budget controlling and analysis
- Retailer agreement review and preparation support for dealer business related
- Monitor retailer efficiency for Sales, After sales and Spare parts
- Dealer business program plan, development and coordinating etc
- Planning and implementing the IT development project for dealers
- Bachelor Or Master Degree
- 5 - 8 years experience in Business Development in Automotive, preferably in 4 wheels.
- Analytical and Good presentation skill
- Proficient in English for both written and spoken
- Computer skill is a must (very good in excel and power point)
- Strong financial background
- Dealer operation back ground
- Self-motivated and Pro-active
- Computer and dealer system background
- Monitor the completeness of all document concerned submitted
- Leading skill
