Requirements:
- Preferred Male with S1 Education Law from reputable University, min GPA 2.75
- Maximum age 30 years
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Staff
- Preferably have working experience and understand the legal aspects of business in the field of construction / developer
- Having the ability for the details and the usual handling of criminal or civil cases
- Mastering Employment Law, Corporate Regulation, Construction Law, Licensing and developers in construction related
- Highly motivated and accustomed to working under pressure
- Multitasking and negotiation skills and persuasive
- Active English language, spoken and written (TOEFL score min. 400)
Requirements:
- Preferred Education Men with S1 S1 Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from reputable University, min GPA 2.75
- Maximum age 35 years
- Being able to develop the initial concept and provide support in project feasibility studies
- Being able to create a design / plan suitability
- Being able to develop a business plan and financing models
- Preferred minimum of 3 years field experience Building Property
- Active English language, spoken and written (TOEFL score min. 400)

- Being able to control the cost, time and quality of project work
- Preferred minimum 3 years experience in Construction Building
