Indonesia Epson Industry (furthermore IEI), is a leading printer, manufacturing company in EJIP Industrial Park, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi.

In general, we produce two kinds of Epson printers: Ink-Jet and SIDM (Serial Impact Dot Matrix) Printers, with its various models. Our production capacity is more than 1 million printers in a month ; most of all are for export market. During peak season more than 10,000 employees work in this factory.

Now IEI is searching for dynamic and professional people to join our team as:

PROCUREMENT STAFF

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and reporting vendor actual production result against planning.
• Escalation of vendor daily production problem and taking countermeasure.
• Improvement in procurement operation.
• Controlling of vendor injection machine capacity and molds capacity.
• Calculating material requirement for production and making purchasing plan.
• Control inventory stock, defect parts return to supplier, including new parts arrangement for new model.
• Create and issue purchase order and making price application change.

Requirements :

• D3 / S1 in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related major.
• 2 - 4 years experiences in Procurement/Purchasing in manufacturing company.
• Communicative person, good analytical thinking, strong leadership, able to work under pressure, able to work both independently and in a team.
