Sales Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing new business for the company’s insurance products;
  • Identify needs and client business objectives;
  • Maintain relationship with client;
  • Prepare and present sales proposals.
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, maximum 35 years old;
  • Diploma degree in any major, (GPA min 2.75);
  • Having Experience in Sales at General Insurance or Banking min. 2 year;
  • Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner;
  • Excellent communication & relationship skill;
Health Claims & Provider Relation
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Towards developing and maintaining good relationship with Bintang Medical Service Providers and Clients;
  • Analyze health claims from Providers and clients
  • Handling complaints from clients and providers
  • Maintain and improve service standard in claims processing
  • Assist in member socialization to Bintang Medical clients
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, max age 35 years old;
  • S1 Medical doctor from reputable university;
  • Preferably 1 year experience in similar position (Preferred those who have experience in Health Claims and/or Provider Relation);
  • Able to negotiate and maintain relationship with providers;
  • Excellent presentation & communication skill;
  • Good personality, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in team environment;
  • Good Computer Literate (Word & Excel) and is a must;
  • Proficient in English both oral & written;
  • Willing to travel outside of town.
Administrative Support - Samarinda
Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for data input, file documentation, and distribution;
  • Support all policy preparation (certificate, endorsement).
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, maximum 28 years old;
  • Bachelor degree in any major Diploma Degree (fresh graduate are welcome);
  • Having experience in Administration role at General Insurance Company (will be advantaged);
  • Excellent skill in Computer Literate (Word & Excel) and is a must;
  • Proficient in English both oral & written;
  • Only LOCAL Candidates and Domicile in SAMARINDA will be processed.
