Content/Digital Asset Officer [code: DAO]
Serang (Banten)
Responsibilities:
The Content Assets Staff will responsible to :
- Provide file and asset management support to our Production team and Marketing team.
- Responsible for daily downloading, Burning to External Storage, cataloging and processing of Video assets received for display on Ready Devices.
- Responsible for quality assurance of the Video assets, and provides exception reporting as needed
- Coordination with cross-functional teams to meet evolving priorities.
- Simplify and unify across departments by sharing assets in DAM
- Report on the progress of the DAM on weekly and monthly basis
- Create and maintain up-to-date DAM documentation
- Maintain consistency
- Maintain metadata standards used within the organization
- Maintain an active registry of DAM users and needed permissions
Mandatory Requirement :
- The ideal candidate is a self-motivated worker, who thrives in an environment which relies on his/her self-discipline and ability to set and meet simultaneous daily and long-term deadlines. S/he is extremely detail-oriented and a strong communicator who responds well in a fast-paced environment.
- S/he must have Attention to detail, Process-orientation in order to create workflow that make sense to users, Love of data (metadata), Ability to demonstrate how to improve production with DAM to save time and money when used properly, Consistency and flexibility.
- Male/Female max. 35 years of age
- S1 / S2 Degree on IT or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong organizational skill, including the ability to quickly resolve problems and work with a minimum supervision
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, independently and proactively

Requirements:
- Pria, Usia 25 – 35 tahun
- Pendidikan S1 Hukum
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam bidang legal sitac
- Menguasai pengontrolan terhadap perijinan, PKS dan surat berharga hubungan industrial Telkom
- Berpengalaman mengurus surat- surat ijin perusahaan dan aspek legal / Hukum lainnya.
- Memahami surat perjanjian dan kontrak kerja.
- Memahami UU ketenagakerjaan dan peraturan ketenagakerjaan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bekerjasama dalam team
- Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris baik secara lisan atau tulisan
- Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan target.
