Aviation Technical Advisor Key Accountabilities: • Accountable for safe Aviation operations • Accountable to monitor, review and provide safety & technical advise and feedback for improvement and risks mitigation of Tangguh aviation operation • Accountable to influence and drive safety programs and awareness on Aviation activities Roles and Responsibilities • Conduct supplier verification to ensure elements of GDP are within scope • Conducts review of pilot, technicians, and aviation suppliers to verity compliance to standards • Conducts flight reviews to verify pilot and other aviation facility staff compliant and safe operations • Ensure all aviation facilities are reviewed / inspected prior to routine use • Participants in aviation suppliers safety meeting on a routine basis • Assist with investigations or incident reviews, as necessary • Participate In annual logistics planning session • Support GDP 3.7-0001 and OMS gap assessments g, Review and revisions of local aviation policies and procedures • Anticipate, identify, evaluate, and review aviation safety performance and practices to ensure that the HSE & aviation safety performance standards are implemented in compliance with all government regulations. corporate policies, OGP Aviation, Management Guidelines, and OEM & Industry standards • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of control methods, standard practices, and implementation of HSE & aviation safety performance standards • Provide technical aviation expertise and provide risk assessment in aviation operations, planning, and contracting |

Qualification/Trade: | |||||||||||||||||||
Criteria and Qualifications • Minimum of 12 years experience in various roles in the operation and maintenance of fixed wing & rotary wing aircraft • Graduate of an Aviation Technical College or Aerospace Engineering University, or equivalent International flying experience with at least one Airline Transport Rating • Experience in aircraft maintenance, holds an appropriate AME license of equivalent qualifications, accumulative experience at line maintenance, heavy maintenance, quality assurance and engineering • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential • Hold previous experience on supervisory rote • Good knowledge in aircraft quality assurance process and standards • Knowledge of airport operation, general aviation operations arid regulations • Good knowledge in aviation safety management system • Good knowledge of ICAO Annex; FM; CPA and CASR codes • Good computer skills and be fluent in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Work, Power Point. and Outlook Is mandatory 1 Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
