Actuary
Requirements:
- Male/Female, age max 30 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring Mathematics/Statistics/Actuary
- Preferably from Insurance background with 1-2 years experience, but fresh graduates are also welcome
- Good skill in Excel and database programming (SQL, SAS)
- Excellent in statistical reporting and data interpretation
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Business Development / Sales Executive (BDE)
Requirements:
- Male/Female, age max 30 years old – Single is preferable, but not a must
- Minimum S-1 Degree from any kind of discipline – general/life insurance background is preferred with health insurance selling experience min. 2 years
- Having bancassurance experience is a plus point
- Having AAAIK qualification is a plus point
- Having a driving license is a plus point
- Mobile, willing to be placed outside Jakarta
- English proficiency will be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Willing to work hard, smart, dynamic, good teamwork spirit, attention to details
- Highly motivated, achievement oriented, leadership skill, having good interpersonal skill
Accounting
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Financial Accounting & Reporting or equivalent.

Sales Recruitment
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Do the recruitment process for sales, starting from sourcing, interviewing, arranging interview, Psychotest, schedule with the users, and closing the negotiation process.
- Have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment
- Familiar with psychological tools and behavioral interview method
- Able to work as a team member in high volume work environment.
- Strong leadership capability
