Jakarta based company with more than 32 years of experience in providing services to oil and gas industry and Geothermal in Indonesia. We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position for our project at CEPU BLOCK.

1. Site Material Coordinator Field Facilities (CP-A81)
Responsibility and duties:
• Site infrastructure/logistics in host country:
  1. Receiving, warehousing and issuance of material
  2. Sequencing of Spare Parts – Commissioning and 2 year Operating
  3. Work jointly with Construction to oversee materials requirements at site
• Materials management:
  1. Administration and supervision of the Contractors Materials Management Plan and Warehousing Plan
  2. Manage distribution of the materials and equipment as required
  3. Project material and equipment delivery at site - interface with the Jakarta home office team
  4. Apply project specifications for equipment and material preservation, packing and handling
  5. Oversee Contractors material tracking “in transit” through receipt at job site
  6. Confirm custom clearance dates and inland transportation plan dates
  7. Monitor Contractors Long Lead Equipment and Spare Parts Transportation Plan
  8. Interface with the Construction team at site on all materials / equipment issues
Required knowledge, qualifications, skills, and experiences:
  • 5 years of Materials Management (at site) and Logistics experience with a project of similar size and scale
  • Intermediate to Expert Equipment and Materials Logistics Skills including Contracts, Customs, Traffic, and Expediting
  • Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation and communication skills
  • Hands on experience with computerized materials management and tracking system
  • College / University Education or equivalent
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work in a virtual organization
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. The ability to speak Javanese is an additionally desirable attribute.
  • Ability to oversee and monitor EPC Contractor logistics activities including track/monitor key equipment and material movements
2. E&I Inspector – Field Facilities (CP-A82)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
  • Oversee and monitor inspection of E&I activities conducted at Contractors / Sub-Contractors facilities and in the field
  • Participate in receiving inspection of E&I items at site and monitor the preservation program for the same until hand over
  • Review or assist in reviewing E&I QC documents such as QA plans and pre-commissioning procedures
  • Jointly develop E&I inspection check lists or review the check lists generated by the Contractor for compliance to project requirements
  • Witness instrument calibration at contractor facilities and / or in the field for permanent project materials and temporary test instruments / equipments used in E&I construction works
  • Co-ordinate with Contractor and construction on cable tray routing and installation inspection
  • Ensure cable pulling and termination using proper crimping tools are done as per approved cable schedules and project specifications. Check cable ID markers for traceability.
  • Witness installation inspection of E&I control panels (both local and inside the control rooms)
  • Monitor and witness continuity and meggering inspection works for cables
  • Monitor cable laying works in trenches, through ducts and on cable trays
  • Witness loop checks and review records for the same
  • Inspect installation and testing of instrument tubing works
  • Review Contractors field inspection and test reports and ensure that inspections are carried out as per approved ITP requirements
  • Assist and co-ordinate with other disciplines on electrical motors installation and alignments
  • Interface, participate or co-ordinate in E&I pre-commissioning activities as required
  • Preparation of punch lists
  • Verify Contractor / Subcontractor Quality management systems, plans, procedures, and processes are in place. Implement Cepu project Construction Surveillance Program.
  • Periodically audit the Contractors inspection data base for correctness and updating.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
  • Minimum ten (10) years experience in inspection of E&I works on major onshore construction projects out of which at least 3 years experience as senior QC E&I inspector
  • Experienced in winessing SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) and FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) of Electrical & Instrument control systems
  • Exposure to DCS instrumentation works and commissioning of the same
  • Experienced in conducting field QA audits on E&I works
  • Thorough knowledge on International standards on E&I like IEC etc.
  • Knowledge on applicable Indonesian MIGAS regulations for E&I works is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in multiple languages
  • Computer literate with experience in using MS Office suite for preparing reports and maintaining data base.
3. Machinery inspector Field Facilities (CP-A83)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
  • Oversee receiving and installation inspection of rotating / static equipments conducted at contractors, sub-contractors facilities and field
  • Coordinate with other structural / civil disciplines for foundations checking / levelling before installation
  • Witness / participate in equipment levelling / alignment (mill wright) works which includes both hot and cold alignments. Review and sign-off the same. Verify fabrication fit-up, alignment, and dimensional tolerances.
  • Witness / participate in mechanical equipment receiving inspection works upon receipt at site
  • Monitor the implementation of contractors mechanical equipment preservation program and report any quality issues to the site verification lead
  • Conduct equipment internals inspection and participate in equipment close out / box up inspections
  • Generate punch lists and co-ordinate with contractor for follow up and close out of the same
  • Review original material certificates for compliance to codes and specifications where required
  • Ensure testing, measuring, welding, and NDE equipment are fully calibrated and has current certification
  • Monitor the use of welding consumables is per manufacturers recommendations and full certification
  • Review Contractors field inspection and test reports
  • Review welder qualifications certifications, and attend welder qualification
  • Verify Contractor, Subcontractor Quality management systems, plans, procedures, and processes are in place. Issue NCR where non-conformances are noted and maintenance of the data base.
  • Implement EPC1 Field Facilities Construction Surveillance Program
  • Assist MIGAS certification team towards SKPP / SKPI
  • Where required, provide inspection assistance to equipment painting and insulation works
  • Co-ordinate with HSE plus rigging team to ensure safe lifting and positioning of equipments
  • Monitor bolt torque tighteneing works where applicable and review the records
  • Witness valve testing at shop / site and safety relief valve pop up tests where required
  • Witness load tests for project permanent cranes when required
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in inspection of machinery (both rotating and static equipments) on major onshore construction projects
  • Knowledgeable on international standards like ANSI, API, ASME etc. on equipment installation and inspection
  • Exposure to fabrication / installation inspection of skid mounted package equipments, stand alone static / rotating equipments like pumps, compressors, diesel generators, vessels etc. in onshore oil and gas projects.
  • Experienced in hot and cold alignment works of rotating equipments. Knowledge on use of specialised tools for alignment / levelling purposes.
  • Experienced in equipment internal inspection works, hydrotests / leak tests etc.
  • Able to read GA drawings and equipment installation drawings. Also read P&ID and isometric drawings for interfacing activities.
  • Exposure to safe rigging and lifting practices for safe lifting and installation of equipments / skids. Able to understand and then co-ordinate with HSE / Rigging teams for safe installation practices.
  • Working knowledge on painting and insulation works
  • Knowledge on bolt torque tightening works
  • Exposure to SKPI requirements for equipment installation certification
  • Familiar with MIGAS regulations for cranes load testing
  • Experienced in shop / field valve testing works as per API, ANSI / ASME persyaratan
  • Experienced in witnessing safety relief valve pop–up testing
  • Experienced in installation inspection of heat tracing piping / tubing works
  • Exposure to work permits system (e.g. hot work, confined space etc.) and implementation of safe work practices

4. Domestic Content Coordinator (CP-A84)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
  • Follow, analyze and distribute as necessary the Domestic Content Surveyor reports
  • Assist Project Teams as an expert in APDN and Domestic content calculation
  • Provide guidance in how to improve Domestic Content realization
  • Support project teams in case of Contractors / subcontractors / vendors claims relating to Domestic Content
  • Interface with BPMIGAS as needed by the Project. Be the main contact of BPMIGAS TKDN division
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
  • College Degree
  • Experience working in procurement and/or in a Domestic Content survey
  • Strong knowledge of PTK 007 and TKDN requirements
5. Expediting/ Logistic Coordinator - Field Facilities (CP-A85)

6. Environment, Regulatory & Socioeconomic Advisor (CP-A86)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
  1. Coordinate ongoing effort to obtain various permits for EPC3&4 scope of work in a timely fashion in order to remain in compliance with National, Province, and Local regulations.
  2. Interface with the functional groups as necessary to access timely support for project activities, identify/implement best practices and lessons learned
  3. Work with PMT and Functional groups to support development of documents such as oil spill response plan and waste management plan.
  4. Interface with project engineering and construction to ensure environmental and regulatory compliance.
  5. Coordinate development and submittal of EMCAPS regulatory compliance and environmental management plans for project facilities
  6. Work with consultants, as necessary, to prepare and submit requisite environmental, regulatory and socioeconomic impact assessments.
  7. Interface and coordinate activities with functional groups, as appropriate, to develop and implement appropriate plans for interfacing with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Government agencies.
  8. Review and advise PMT about EPC contractors environmental, regulatory and socio economic documents and deliverables, as prescribed in project Coordination Procedure.
  9. Prepare project internal environmental, regulatory and socioeconomic stewardship reports, as well as external reports required to satisfy Government or external financial institution conditions/requests.
  10. Assist project team, as appropriate, on special tasks and studies related to overall Environmental and Regulatory permitting requirements, and community affairs at shore tie-in and offshore work sites.
  11. Develop amicable relationships to facilitate open communication and transparency in processes and procedures with various Government offices (BPMIGAS, Sea Com, etc) that are responsible for issuing recommendations and approvals for regulatory and environmental permits.
  12. Work closely with ITS to exploit full benefits of the work scope for which ITS has been contracted.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
  • Broad project management, technical and SH&E skills with good understanding of working in a project setting and an ability to interact amicably with various external stakeholders
  • 5+ years broad-based experience preferred, with prior experience in one or more related disciplines (i.e. Environmental, Regulatory and Socioeconomic)
  • Knowledge of EMCAPS process, and in particular SH&E deliverable requirements
  • Knowledge of EMDC strategies and key business drivers
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to speak Jawanese is an additionally desirable attribute.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities as focus of activity is expected to vary between the three disciplines.
  • Willingness to undertake business travel and/or field based short term assignments
  • Ability to interact proactively in the Projects interest, with EPC contractor, local Government offices and local community in East Jawa province.
7. Welding Inspector (CP-A87)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
  • Assist reviewing WPS, WQT records and welding inspection related QC documents
  • Witness and oversee daily activities and related inspection activities in piping, structural, mechanical, and E&I disciplines. This includes visual and NDT checks like RT, MT, PT and UT.
  • Witness / monitor NDT activities, and interpret / review NDT reports on RT, MT, PT and UT
  • Monitor and inspect exotic material welding works (DSS, SDSS and CRA) inclusive of PMI and ferrite checks
  • Monitor in-process welding parameters like fit up, purging and purging level (O2 checking), heat input and maintenance of inter-pass temperature, passivation activities, flushing, etc.
  • Monitor welder performance continuously, set in motion the corrective actions when the quality levels / trend is not in acceptable levels
  • Monitor welding consumable handling on site, and conduct daily spot checks in the field to ensure proper handling of welding consumables. Review original welding consumable material certificates for compliance to codes and specifications where required.
  • Monitor / surveillance of material traceability in weldments
  • Witness / monitor weld repair activities and welding distortion correction activities
  • Ensure testing, measuring, welding, and NDE equipment is fully calibrated and has current certification
  • Verify fabrication fit-up, alignment, and dimensional tolerances
  • Participate in line walk before hydro test, preparation of punch lists and follow up of the same for close out
  • Witness piping hydro test and flushing works, witness reinstatement checks for final acceptance
  • Witness Nitrogen (N2) leak tests on piping systems
  • Witness furnace PWHT and Local PWHT of piping works
  • Verify Contractor, Subcontractor Quality management systems, plans, procedures, and processes are in place. Implement Project Construction Surveillance Program
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
  • Have minimum of 15 years in welding inspection activities working to international standards like ANSI B31.3 / API 650 / ASME Sec IX / Norsok / NACE RP 0175. Possess Minimum CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI welding inspector qualifications.
  • Possess ASNT NDT L-II in RT / MT / PT / UT and able to review radiographs to various international standards.
  • Possess a proactive approach plus willingness to closely monitor and educate the exotic alloy welders
  • Experience in welding and inspection of exotic alloys like Duplex SS / Super Duplex SS / Inconel 825 is mandatory and highly preferred
  • Knowledge on purging and maintenance of heat input / interpass temperature required. Familiar with PMI (P-met) / Ferrite checking and review of these reports for compliance.
  • Experience in working on oil and gas projects involving sour oil service is preferred
  • Able to read and understand P&IDs, isometrics and GA drawings, both engineering and shop drawings
  • Able to review PWHT charts and conduct in process spot checking
  • Able to review hydro test packs, witness hydro tests and reinstatement works for system acceptance
  • Experienced in Nitrogen leak tests preferred
  • Thorough understanding of applicable industry specifications
  • Native tongue in Bahasa Indonesia with proficiency in spoken and written English language skills for official works preferred. Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
  • Well versed in safe work practices including co-ordination with contractors on ensuring radiation safety
8. SHE&S Safety Site (CP-A88)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
  • Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members, including consultants and contractor personnel
  • Conduct regular safety inspections / assessments on-site and at key off-site subcontractor locations in accordance with established project and site safety plans or as requested by site team members
  • Identify and work to eliminate hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts; work with company, contractor, and subcontractor management toward achieving an injury-free work place
  • Keep site management apprised of significant safety issues, safety alerts and plans / progress towards resolving issues and eliminating hazards
  • Advise site team of safety initiatives, issues, challenges, and incident investigations / follow-up
  • Communicate safety initiatives, achievements, experiences, and issues from other sites and projects with site team members and contractor / subcontractor safety advisors / management
  • Participate in investigation and follow-up of incidents / accidents; prepare notifications / reports for communication of significant incidents to company project / functional management per project incident reporting procedures and matrix
  • Coach and advise contractor / subcontractor safety professionals / management in incident investigation documentation, reporting, and follow-up, including root cause analysis and case management
  • Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with the site work permit system and area / system responsibilities
  • Prepare / provide a safety induction briefing to new ExxonMobil (EM) team members and EM visitors to site
  • Collect and share safety lessons learned with other sites and project and functional management

9. Planner – MT OffShore (CP-A89)
JOB FUNCTION:

  • Provide up to date schedule and progress data on Mooring Tower Fabrication and associated work to MT Construction Site Lead & PMT
  • Assist Contractor & Subcontractors in collection and analysis of schedule information by using systems and methods for project management, scheduling, etc.
  • Provide technical support to MT Fabrication and Offshore Installation planning and execution activities
  • Serve as subject matter expert for MT Fabrication scheduling and progress measurement
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
  • Provides overall project site cost, schedule, estimating, and progress measurement expertise
  • Review the contractors procedures for estimating, scheduling and change control and recommend modifications as necessary to meet Company requirements and needs
  • Participates in kick-off meetings with contractor and PMT to ensure common understanding of cost, schedule, estimating, and change management requirements
  • Coordinate, monitor and assess contractors efforts in project controls and facilitate site office project control meetings

10. COATING INSPECTOR (CP-A90)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

  • Verify required coating inspection methods are performed on pipeline, including DFT, holiday testing, etc.
  • Monitor mixing and application of coating by contractor.
  • Maintain daily log of activities.
  • Oversee application of field joint coating.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
  • Extensive training and experience in coatings & coatings inspection, application methods & testing.
  • Previous training as a NACE coatings inspector is helpful.
  • Knowledge of surface preparation methods & other requirements for obtaining desired performance from coatings.
  • Seven (7) years experience in coatings & coatings inspection.
  • Overseas pipeline experience is helpful.
  • Competent in PC skills relative to Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail systems.
