Continuous Improvement Specialist (IE Specialist)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain working knowledge of all operations within assigned plantdepartment
- To be better prepared to coordinate the study and implementationof proposed changes
- To help production and staff departments when problem arise.
- Providing for plant management such information, studies, andrecommendations that are needed for improvement in the utilization of personnel and facilities to maximize quality output at lowest possible cost

- Bachelor Degree from Engineering discipline

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of electrical plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.
- Oversaw the implementation of existing electrical plant maintenance programs
- Responsible for determining additional work required of individuals and improve electrical plant equipment is required
- To demonstrate all the time in most conditions, they plant are safe, and work with operations staff
- Bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Experiences at least 7 years maintenance experience
- Good knowledge of Electrical troubleshooting
- Familiar with Allan Bradley System & Rockwell Automation is an advantage.
- Effective planning, organizing, delegating, and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of Manufacturing Process
- Computer Literate is a must
- Good in English, both verbal and writing
Responsibilities:
- The function of the Utilities Manager is to manage and provide technical support as required for delivery of all the mechanical and electrical utilities required to support the plant operations.
- The incumbent also have to monitoring and controlling plant energy usage both mechanical and electrical
- The incumbent accountable to coordinate all energy reduction projects, and drives for continues reduction in energy consumption and energy costs.
- Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Experiences at least 7 years in steam generation system and utilization
- Good knowledge both on Mechanical & Electrical troubleshooting for steam generation system
- Effective planning, organizing, delegating, and time management skills.
- Computer Literate is a must
- Good in English, both verbal and writing
Responsibilities:
- To organize, develop, and coordinate activities related to Purchases from local and import of all materials and services for company operation at the right quality, prompt delivery, at the best and competitive price and following through Government regulation.
- Degree in Engineering (or relevant experiences)
- Experience minimum 4 years in Procurement area (preferably on Manufacturing or Heavy Equipment Industry)
- Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to process monthly vouchers, provide weekly report, provide MAPS report for Akron and cost folder report for local management, provide cost study, provide schedule cost, prepare and taking physical inventory:
- Provide cost information to Factory Accounting Mgr., and other work assigned by FA Mgr.
- Prepare weekly report, unit, tonnage & FSV
- Prepare Factory Vouchers for Month-End Closing
- Prepare Daily waste report and Waste reconciliation ( salvage value )
- Calculate and activate cost for import tire and engineering spare part
- Prepare, collect, and processing data for Schedule Cost purposes.
- Prepare and taking physical Inventory in Store and process, pricing and calculating the result of inventory.
- Degree in Accounting from reputable university with Min GPA 3,00
- Experience at least 2 years in cost accounting
- Good knowledge in budgeting and depreciation system
- Strong analytical thinking, team player, and detail oriented
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- English and Computer literacy
