Junior Tax Consultant (JTC)
Requirements:
- Male/female 21-24 years old
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Graduated from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00; majoring in Accounting/Finance would be an advantage
- Fresh graduate or have some experience in a reputable consulting firm (at least one year)
Requirements:
- Male/female 24-27 years old
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Graduated from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00; majoring in Accounting/Finance would be an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience, with experience in a reputable consulting firm.
Requirements:
- Male/female 26-30 years old

- At least 5 years of experience, with experience in a reputable consulting firm.
Requirements:

General Requirements:
- Male or female, 25-30 years old
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Graduated from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00; Bachelor or Master Degree in Law
- Minimum 3 years experience as LO in a reputable company
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience/competency in advance administration, legal documents, legal contracts/agreements and negotiations (Incorporations and Set-Up; Immigration Matters; Expert Advisory on Shareholders Agreement, JVs, Employment Contracts, ESOs)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as LO in a law firm
- Expert in Indonesian corporate law and go-public rules and issues
- Competency in Corporate Legal Consultancy Services and Corporate Licensing
- Competency in Striking-off/Liquidation of Companies and De-Registration
- Very good in analyzing, arranging and organizing
