Account Payable Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Perform checking & review all in coming invoice/memo from invoice control by doing 3 (three) way matching which are Purchase Order, Working Instruction, Contract, Memo, etc VS Invoices VS Receive good/service report/delivery note and prepare Expense Approval form ready to be checked by Head of AP or assistant Head of AP
  • AP Closing and bank reconciliation, support AP Head to perform step by step of AP closing starting from ensuring all transaction in AP module already account anted until bank reconciliation preparation
  • Audit Process, Ensure the availability of the document and or data needed for all audit purposes in related to the AP balance of the designated company(ies) (Internal, External, Government, regulator)
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): good understanding on tax regulation, excellent in ms office, good knowledge in oracle accounting system is a plus, detail oriented.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Cost Control
Responsibilities:
KEY ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
  1. Ensure ITM project control systems are followed and complied with.
  2. Provide sound project cost control support to ensuring projects are completed within budget.
  3. Provide budget vs actual spending analysis and put into regular reporting.
  4. Control project expenses and act on potential or actual risks to make sure cost expense is comply to approved budget
  5. Produce project cost to completion estimates and regularly monitor project costs against budget.
  6. Provide summary of yearly project budget draft.
  7. Implement proper systems to monitor and control the project delivery against the agreed budget
  8. Implement proper systems to monitor and control incoming invoices against the valid contract agreement with vendor.
  9. Implement effective communications as required for project delivery in term of project budget and cost control.
  10. Implement agreed scope management procedures and processes.
  11. Coordinate the implementation of “Best Practice” principles and techniques in a multi discipline engineering project to deliver required outcomes.
  12. As a member of the project team prepare project budgeting and scope of work documents for tendering.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): experience in measuring monitoring and reporting of all projects, experience in project budget draft- control and analysis budget spending, working experience in mining industry environment, experience in the area of bulk materials handling would be an advantage, have good working experience in project finance controller, Suitable balance between finance -technical and managerial skills.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators.

Geotechnical and AMD
Responsibilities:
  • To assist Geotechnical Section and AMD Geology Section in activities: Pit and dump slope analysis, evaluate and review geotechnical and AMD drilling data, evaluate ground water data, monitor infrastructure stability, create and update geotechnical modeling, AMD modelling the new mining area as efficiently & effectively with quality, safety and environment consideration
  • Undertake Geotechnical and AMD drilling
  • Undertake Geotechnical and AMD log description
  • Undertake Geotech and AMD sampling
  • Sample preparation for analysis
  • Reporting
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Geology Engineering / Geotech or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): knowledge of geotechnical software ( slope w ), knowledge of field geo-tech drilling, have a good knowledge of a mining software(especially mine scape or minex software, Geotech / Geological Engineering.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan.(12 day off / year)
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
