Sales Office Administrator (SOA)
Responsibilities:
- To support and maintain high quality service to agents
- Agent application to be handled properly
- Accurate report of incoming SPAJ
- Agent support
- AAJI application to be handled properly
- Request material to be handled appropriately
- After Policy In force Services (POS matters) to be handled properly, minimize complaint from agents
- Male/Female. Min. D3 in any major
- Min. 1 year experience in life insurance, agency office, or administration related
- Familiar with insurance industry will be advantage
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel)
- Detail oriented
- Having good Administration Skill and Communication skill

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the processes related to employee recruiting and handle the HR administration tasks
- Female, max. 27 years old;
- Min. S1 Psychology, from reputable university is preferred;
- 1-2 year(s) experience in Human Resources or Recruitment area;
- Attention to detail, good in administration;
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Good communication and interview skill;
- Team work player, fast learner, having pleasant personality;
- Fluent in English;
- Having knowledge in using assessment tools (DISC) is an advantage;

Requirements:
- Min. S1 in any major
- Have at least 1 year experience as Investment staff in Life Insurance company
- Have done reporting on Investment Portfolio for UL and conventional products
- Able to monitor and control the Time deposit placement and UL Performance
- Good English proficiency.

- News clipping
- Updating Calendar time table
- Learn brand, communication and media relations guidelines
- Updating media lists
- Research on news about insurance industry and about ZTL
- Admin duties
- Updating stock opname
- Translation Eng-Indo and vice versa for internal and external communication purposes
- Supporting Marcomm related events and help initiate new strategy
- Min. D3 in communication major

- Excellent English and Bahasa both written and conversation
