To accelerate our business growth, we need qualified and dynamic persons to fill the following positions:

Business Development Officer ( Samarinda)
Responsibility:

• Reporting to Marketing Office Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of strategies to grow the business profitably in order to meet premium income and profitability targets. You will also be required to build and effectively manage relationship with all intermediaries to ensure that set service standards are implemented.

The successful applicant is expected to have:

• Degree and/or AAAIK (preferable)
• At least 2 years insurance industry experience as business development / marketing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership abilities and strong business acumen
• A proven track record of successfully meeting agreed targets
