IS Executive (Programmer)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this positions
- Have experience with Ms. Dynamics Ax Programming or at least master in .net programming (VB.net, ASP.net) Power Builder and Qlickview
- Fast learner and good interpersonal skill, have a good logical thinking
- Placement in Kawasan Industri Pulogadung
Responsibilities:
- Possesses extensive knowledge in Compensation and Benefit Strategy, Compensation and Benefit Transaction and Pay Structure.
- Developing Reward Management System and Policy Development.
- Responsible for managing Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Personnel Administration.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent with having minimum 4 years working experience in Compensation & Benefit role
- Experience to support and manage C&B schemes of employees in line with Company regulations and HR policies.
- Strong background in policy development as well as managing daily HR Transactional.
- Good understanding in Jamsostek, administration, insurance claim, and report.
- Possess good knowledge of Indonesia tax (Pph-21) and have ability in tax calculation & report.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel in particularly.
- Have a good communication, analytical skills and love to work with numbers.
