AFTER SALES AREA COORDINATOR (STAFF)
Qualifications:
- Male/ Female, 25-30 years age
- Last Education Strata 1, Major industrial engineering, Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing
Experience At Least 3 Years - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to drive car (both manual & automatic transmission) and have a driving license.
- Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc).
- Proven experience on implementing PDCA.
- Had a general knowledge of after-sales business will be a plus.
- Willing to travel frequently for business trips (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Eastern Indonesia area).
Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationships with dealers' management and team members.
- Control & set up dealers' targets and maintain the achievement.
- Set up activity to achieve targeted service incoming unit, spare parts sales, and customer satisfaction index.
- Conduct study and analyze service incoming unit and spare parts consumption.
- Monitor dealers' spare parts payment and delivery.
- Support after-sales marketing program and ensure its implementation on dealers.
FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS (STAFF)
Qualifications:
- Male/ Female, Age 21-26 , Status Single / Married
- Last Education :Strata 1, Major Accounting, Management, Economics
- Experience: Fresh Graduate
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Familiar with financial statement analysis and reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical thinking skills
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Big data analysis
- Familiar with using Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table)
- Providing analysis of financial performance.
- Conducting analysis to provide insight that supports strategic decision-making.
- Generating analysis reports and providing improvement ideas.
- Coordinating with all Departments to prepare a corporate budget planning and providing summary analysis aligned with a corporate plan.
- Creating and maintaining SAP master data.
