Sharia Unit Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing Sharia business unit.
- Identify needs and client business objectives.
- Prepare and present proposals.
- Have a good knowledge and understanding regarding procedures, regulations, and legislation of Sharia
- Having Experience at General Insurance especially Sharia business
- Having high leadership skills and good analytical skills
- Have a good communication skills and be able to create a partnership with the team
- Male/Female, maximum 40 years old.
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Have understanding about risk management (preferably holding A3IK certification)
- Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner.
- Excellent communication & relationship skill.
Requirements:
- Have a good knowledge and understanding regarding procedures, regulations, and legislation of Sharia
- Minimum experience 2 years in the same position at General Insurance especially Sharia business.
- Having Good knowledge of Accounting job like General Ledger, A/P, Account receivable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting practices & tax regulation.
- Male/Female, age max.30 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Computer Literate (Word & Excel).
- Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner.
- Excellent communication & relationship skill Strong Initiative & Personal Drive.
Requirements:
- Education background from Computer/Physics/Mathematics or other Technical Science of a reputable University
- Having a minimum 2 year experience on the respective area
- Aged maximum 30 years old
- Expert in computer language VB, VB.Net, PHP, HTML/CSS, Java Script, XML/RSS, Flash
- Expert in database server MS SQL Server, MySQL
- Knowledge on mobile programming such as Blackberry, Android and iOS is an advantage
- Able to translate design concept into an interactive web interface with user friendly navigation
- Able to develop interconnection between website and social network
- Having a General Insurance knowledge is an advantage
- Good communications skills
- Able to work with tight deadline
- Able to work independent or as a team
Requirements:
- Target oriented
- Having networking in insurance market especially for banks, leasing company and motor dealers
- Having experience min 2 years as General Insurance Marketing
- Max. 35 years
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Having AAAIK Certificate is an advantage
- Good marketing track record
- Practice, enthusiasm, high achievement motivation
- Good managerial and leadership skills to achieve the business goals
- Good administration skills
- Computer literate
