Responsibilities:

• Coordinating all HR process (recruitment, people development, talent pool, and termination) in manufacturing area

Requirements:

• Male or Female, 26-30n years old
• Bachelor degree majoring Psychology with min. GPA 3.00 from reputable university
• Have experience in the same field for min.2-3 years
• Own the skill of training, interviewing competency based
• Good in leadership, high initiative, have personal influence, proactive, high passion for excellence
• Will be placed in manufacturing area (Cakung, Jakarta Timur)

Packaging Unit Head
Jakarta Timur (Jakarta Raya) - Cakung
Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve new packaging
• Alternative supplier and reduced cost

Requirements:

• Male or Female, Single, Max. 35 years old
• Bachelor degree majoring Food technology or else with min. GPA 2.75 from reputable university
• Preferably have experience min. 2 years in packaging development in food industry
• Own the skills of packaging development, honest, firm, creative, details, and diligent
• To be placed in Cakung, Jakarta Timur (manufacture)

Laboran Quality Control (JOBS_Lab)
Jakarta Raya
Requirements:

• Male, maximum 22 years old
• Minimum SMK Analis Kimia
• Have experience in Food Industry are preferable
• Able to operate Laboratory instrumen
• Good Analytical thinking
• Have strong personality , Attention to detail, Honest & Coordination skill

Industrial Relation Officer
Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya) - Sunter
Responsibilities:

• Create the analysis from legality and operational aspects associate with industrial relations
• Managing Industrial Relations

Requirements:

• Male, Single, maximum age 25 years old
• Bachelor degree majoring Law or Legal from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00
• Have experience minimum 0-1 year as an Industrial Relation
• Having knowledge about Industrial Relation Management
• Excellent in using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and Power point)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, responsible, have strong personality, strong analytical thinking, strong in problem solving, and high drive for result
• Excellent in communication, helpful, and easy to adapt
• Placement : Head Office (Sunter)
