Technical Retention Service (TRS)
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

• Melakukan Retention dengan cara visit atas customer yang akan churn/ disconnect
• Melakukan analisa problem dan memberikan solusi kepada customer
• Memastikan service level customer tetap baik pasca dilakukan visit
• Melaporkan status hasil pekerjaan secara reguler kepada team terkait
• Bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan setiap material berupa : kabel, STB Modem dl

Requirements:

• Min SMK/STM, diutamakan jurusan telekomunikasi / listrik / elektronika / teknik komputer
• 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai teknisi TV Kabel / Pay TV / Telco / Internet Service Provider / computer installation
• Min Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK/STM), diutamakan jurusan telekomunikasi / listrik / elektronika / teknik komputer
• 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai teknisi TV Kabel / Pay TV / Telco / Internet Service Provider / computer installation.
• Memiliki jiwa melayani customer service yang tinggi serta orientasi kepada target
• Bersedia bekerja shift / hali libur dan diluar jam kerja
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh arae kerja wilayah Jabotabek
• Memiliki Sim C dan diutamakan yang dapat mengemudikan kendaraan roda 4

Drafter & Estimator
Jakarta Raya - Tangerang
Responsibilities:

• Project Administration
• Project Estimator
• Update Occupancy

Requirements:

• Female, 26 years old
• Bachelor Degree S1 in Architecture
• Having 1 Years experience in project
• Proficient in operating Ms-Office (Word, Power Point & Excell)
• Proficient in operating AutoCad 2Dimension & 3Dimension
• Proficient in 3D Max rendering & animation

Inhouse Collection
Jakarta Raya - Karawaci
Responsibilities:

• Billing of customers who conduct more than 90 days delinquent
• Visits directly to the customer in terms of billing
• Customers escalate problems to the authorities

Requirements:

• Male 23 – 25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Preferably having minimum 1 years in same position
• Having a motor vehicle and driver's license C
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
• Familiar with JABODETABEK Area
