The project that was conceptualized in October 2004, began its production in Indonesia in October 2005, Today PT. Minda Asean Automotive boasts of a state of the art manufacturing facility in Indonesia.

In short span, the ASEAN venture started to acquire renowned ASEAN OEM customer and is today exporting to Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and Thailand.

The product range comprises of switches and locks for two wheelers and is going to start manufacturing of other groups product lines.

PT Minda Asean Automotive,We are automotive parts manufacturing company (PMA), currently seeking new staffs for expansion & new plant for the following positions:

Assembly Asst Manager (ASSY A M)
Responsibilities:

• Care production, job set up verification, ensure delivery of product to customer, handling training all operator of special processes, encourage all associate regarding 5 S & kaizen, Maintain & improve of production, achieve quality process level & final PPM, production report, ISO/TS 16949, OLE improvement, Controlling rejection process, kanban system.

Requirements:

• Male/female & Max 40 years old
• D3/S-1
• Min 3 years in automotive/ electronic parts industries;
• English both oral & written

Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:

• Care of bills, debit advice, check & approve purchase, journal & bank voucher, checking RMC, 6 in 1 report, ensure reconciliation all account (Salary pay, cash/custom advance & bank reconciliation, prepare support report for audit, LKPM reports, ensure closing of books, scrutinizing of weekly general ledger, working capital management, prepare MIS, annual statement, care auditor, reconciliation tax & financial data, checking AP/AR, responsible for supporting tax & custom audit.

• Max 40 years old
• Min Bachelor degree
• Min 3 years in automotive/ electronic parts industries;
• English both oral & written

Design & Develop. Asst Supervisor (DD)
Responsibilities:

• Support to customer for any product’s problem, ensure SOP is implemented & product can be well used, provide update product info, provide spare part for warranty, trouble shooting & adjustment for CNG, engineering change management skill, APQP system, VA/VE, PRO-E, New Model Development & understand FMEA.

Requirements:

• Male/female & Max 38 years old
• Min 3 years in automotive/ electronic parts industries;
• English both oral & written;
• D3 Mechanical

PM Asst Supervisor
Responsibilities:

• Distribution monthly preventive maintenance Schedule, Check & fill out preventive Maintenance Schedule after carry out, controlling of carry out AMC with Vendor, spare part checking & monitoring, improvement project identification & implementation, controlling in the line of Autonomous maintenance, BEST activities, analysis for break down maintenance, electricity controlling, energy saving initiative, controlling all matter related to document Purchase Order Deptt, History card, MTBF Maintenance, capable to installation new machine & new Assy line or metalizing / lighting, controlling significant aspect in the Deptt, ensure the OCPS is followed by related employee, maintain wastages generation in the Dept, understanding & can handling about lighting / lamp.

• Max 38 years old
• Min Bachelor degree
• Min 3 years in automotive/ electronic parts industries;
• English both oral & written;

Die Maker Asst Supervisor (DM)
Responsibilities:

• Tool manufacturing/Inspection report per drawing, detail rectification, make new tooling, control mold maintenance schedule, electrode data, 5 S & Kaizen, know ISO 14001, handle tool development, sample rectification & analysis report, understand milling, Lathe & grinding machine, make dies, mold, jig, & general measurement.

Requirements:

• Male/female & Max 38 years old
• Min 3 years in automotive/ electronic parts industries;
• English both oral & written;
• D3 Mechanical
