PT Bank Central Asia Tbk - BCA officially founded on 21 February 1957 with name Bank Central Asia NV. Lots of things has traversed since the bank was founded, and perhaps the most significant is the monetary crisis that occurred in 1997.

The crisis brings a tremendous impact at overall banking system in Indonesia. However, specifically, this condition affects cash flow in BCA and even had threatened the continuation. Many client panic and then abuzz withdrawn their cash. As a result, the bank forced ask for help from Indonesian Government. And then Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (BPPN) then take over BCA in 1998.

Thanks to wise business and decision-making, BCA successfully recovered in the same year. In December 1998, fund from was returned to the point before crisis. BCA's asset reached Rp 67.93 trillion, whereas in December 1997 only Rp 53.36 trillion. Public confidence to BCA have fully recovered, and BCA submitted by BPPN to Bank Indonesia in 2000. Marketing Research Staff
Requirements:

• Formal education S1, preferably Economics / Marketing / Statistics / Informatics
• Understanding the management of marketing and consumer research methods
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and data processing (SPSS / SAS)
• Having the ability to write well reports, analytical thinking
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Can work in a team
• Able to work quickly and precisely (thorough)
• Able to work quickly demanded strict with time and handle the task in under-pressure condition (deadline)
• Already have experience in the world of marketing research at least 1 year.

BCA IT-Trainee
Requirements:

• Computer background, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• S1 with minimum GPA 3.00 (Strata 1) and 3.25 (Strata 2);
• Male / Female with age max. 25 years (Strata 1) and 27 years (stratum 2);
• Have logic and strong analysis skills;
• Able to work in teams;
• Strong communication and interpersonal relationships;
• Proactive, creative, and high integrity;
• Free drugs;
• Not married and willing to not get married during the study;
• Willing to undergo bond department after education;
• Passed in the selection;
• English is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Male / female with maximum age 27 years
• Minimal S1 majoring precedence COMPUTER SCIENCE (Information Systems, Computerized Accounting, Computer Science) OR ECONOMIC (Accounting / Management)
• Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.75 out of 4.00 scale
• Have good analytical skills
• Able to communicate well
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Have desire achievers
• Passed in the selection
