Call Center Staff (Code: CC)
Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls from customer, to solve the problem or complaint
- Give suggestion to customer about our products
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 25 years old
- S1 from any discipline
- Experience minimum 1 years (Fresh graduate welcome to apply)
- Good proficiency in English, both written & spoken, is a must
- Have knowledge about marketing, product knowledge and target oriented
- Excellent computer skill
- Good communication & interpersonal skill, energic & strong service
