Job Description:
- Responsible for directing development team in design, development, coding, review, debugging application, and technical documentation
- Ensure effective communication between team members, and other functional areas.
- Solving impediments around technology, logic, or any issues on team
- Make your team to be self-organized and Coordinate development staff’s schedule
- Maintain good relationship with team members, other divisions, and vendors
Job Qualifications:
- Min. bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information System, Information Technology, or any related field
- Min. 3+ years working experience in delivery of technology solution and/or enterprise system
- Know about microservices, messaging, CICD mechanism, Java, Spring Boot, React Native, or React JS
- Follow trend on IT things and effective communication skill with ability to influence
- Problem solving, analytical skills, evaluate and identify solution
- Preferably someone who experience in managing team using agile principles and has knowledge of insurance -Can join immediately

HEAD OF DIGITAL BUSINESS
Job Description:
- Understand market situation and availability of new technology, conduct market analysis and propose enhancement recommendations for management's decision
- Plan and execute all digital Business, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns -Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with partners
Job Qualifications:
- Min. bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information System, Information Technology, or any related field -Min. 5+ years of experience in digital banking/fintech
- Experience in optimizing user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Strong business acumen, able to elaborate business strategy in a detailed and structured way
- Leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
